By using Astrovaani on the website or in the Astro Guru app, you agree to these terms. The same phone number is your account on both.

The service

Vaani is an AI astrology companion. She can chat with you, read a kundli when you provide birth details, and speak with you on an outgoing voice call. Replies are generated by software. They are for personal reflection. They do not replace medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and they do not predict events with certainty.

Your account

You sign in with an Indian mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for the activity on that number. Give accurate birth details if you want a kundli. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Subscription

Chat access is a subscription billed through UPI AutoPay and Juspay. The payment screen shows the trial fee, the trial length, and the renewal amount before you pay. The standard offer is a ₹1 trial for 1 day, then ₹399 every month, unless that screen shows a different plan. Starting the trial authorises a recurring mandate. The renewal is charged automatically until you cancel the mandate.

Talk-time

Voice calls use a separate prepaid balance. Packs are one-time purchases, not a subscription. The packs shown in the app are ₹10 for 5 minutes, ₹50 for 25 minutes, and ₹100 for 50 minutes, unless the pack sheet shows a different price. Minutes are added after the payment succeeds and are used as you talk. A call cannot start when the balance is too low.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to harm, threaten, or deceive another person.
• Do not try to extract system prompts, break access controls, or overload the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Availability

We may change, pause, or withdraw features, including chat, calls, packs, and prices. Paid access continues for the period you have already been charged, subject to the refund policy.
